Vingt-quatrième jour de mon blogmas 2025...

Day 24 of my 2025 blogmas...

Ma cuisine est en effervescence et de bonnes odeurs s'en échappent. La preuve avec ce petit modèle Little House Needleworks qui évoque le chocolat chaud que l'on déguste au retour d'une bonne balade...

My kitchen is very busy and delicious smells are coming from it, like hot chocolate. Look at this cute design by Little House Needleworks...

Je l'ai brodé en Lana d'Aurifil sur une chute de lin Belfast teintée par mes soins. Ce modèle date de 2012 mais il est encore disponible chez Casa Cenina.

I stitched it on a scrap of linen I dyed myself. This chart was released in 2012, bit it's still available at Casa Cenina.

Je ne savais pas trop comment finir la broderie, lorsque je suis tombée sur une planchette en bois chez Action (elle est tellement petite que je ne vois pas trop ce qu'on peut couper là-dessus). C'est donc parfait pour une broderie ! Le ruban à carreaux vient de mon stock et le charm gingerbread, de chez Aliexpress.

I didn't know how to finish my stitched piece when I came across this cute tiny wood board (so tiny I can't see what you can do with it, except this !). The ribbon comes from my stash, and the gingerbread charm, from Aliexpress.

Autour de la broderie, j'ai collé de la chenille fine de Dames of the Needle trouvée chez Casa Cenina (je ne suis pas sponsorisée, hein !).

Around the stitching, I stuck a red chenille by Dames of the Needle. Here's the link :

Le tout est disposé dans mon petit décor pâtisserie de Noël, avec un moule en bois en forme de sapin et des bâtons de cannelle qui sentent si bon. Ce petit coin se développera l'an prochain, vous verrez !

It's now in my Christmas baking display, with a Christmas tree wood mold and cinnamon sticks. This display will be much bigger next year, you'll see !
